Welcome to Indie Lane Co.! Here’s everything you need to know about working with us. We keep it simple, transparent, and stress-free — just like your new website will be.

Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Need flexibility? We also offer payment plans split into up to four payments of 25%.

If you reschedule after booking, you’ll be moved to the next available spot in our calendar.

What You Provide

To get started, you’ll need to provide all project materials (like logos, copy, photos, and logins) before your project begins.

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at $135/hour.

Copyright & Usage

Once final payment is made, you have full rights to your finished designs to use however you’d like in your business.

We retain the right to share your project in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

You’re responsible for any third-party costs like fonts, stock photos, WordPress plugins, hosting, or domain fees — we’ll always let you know about these in advance.

Third-Party Tools & Liability

We can’t guarantee or be held responsible for issues caused by third-party tools (like hosting, plugins, or platforms) or for any indirect business losses.

Confidentiality

We’ll keep all of your shared information private — and we ask for the same in return.

Delays & Deliverables

If you delay feedback or asset delivery, your project may be rescheduled or incur additional fees. Final deliverables won’t be released until your balance is paid in full.
